Pee Wee the Mini Indoor Freezer

Description: JB’s Barnyard staff will serve your guests ice cream from Pee Wee, our mini indoor ice cream freezer! This option is primarily for indoor events. JB's Barnyard will serve your guests single scoops ($5.00 ea) and/or double scoops ($7.00 ea). Pee Wee can hold up to 8 flavors of ice cream. We always make sure there is a flavor for every type of taste bud: something chocolaty, something plain, something fruity, and something fun! If you have any particular flavor request or dietary restrictions, please list them on the "special request" section during the booking process.

Pricing: JB’s Barnyard requires a minimum purchase of $600 to book Pee Wee for one hour. A $600 purchase is equivalent to 120 single scoops. This is also equivalent to purchasing at least 86 double scoops. You are welcome to do a combination of single scoops and/or double scoops to meet your minimum purchase. During your event, JB’s Barnyard will keep track of the amount of single scoops and/or double scoops served to your guests. If we serve more than $600 worth of ice cream to your guests, you will pay the $600 minimum purchase amount plus any additional cost. 

Serve Time: The $600 minimum purchase amount includes JB’s Barnyard serving ice cream at your event for one hour. If you would like JB's Barnyard to serve ice cream at your event for longer than one hour, we will add $50 to your minimum purchase amount per additional half hour requested. JB's Barnyard will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the serve time you select for set up. 

Select Your Date and Time: During the booking process, you will be asked to select a date and time. Please select the date and time you would like for JB's Barnyard to start serving ice cream. The time you book JB's Barnyard for will be the time JB's Barnyard staff serves your guests ice cream. JB's Barnyard staff will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the serve time you select for set up. 

Set Up: Often times, JB's Barnyard prefers to set up Pee Wee a day prior to your event (especially if the event is a wedding). JB's Barnyard may be in contact with you via email if setting Pee Wee up a day prior is necessary. 

Travel Radius: At this time, JB's Barnyard will travel one hour from our location. If your event location is further than one hour away from JB's Barnyard, please email us at icecream@JBsBarnyard.com prior to booking your event. In many cases, we will tack on a travel fee. The travel fee price will be evaluated depending on our drive time and the size of the event. 

Deposit/Payment: At the time of booking, you will be required to place a $50 deposit to hold your event date and time. We will send you an invoice to collect the remaining amount due after your event.
