Pee Wee the Mini Indoor Freezer

Description: JB’s Barnyard staff will serve your guests ice cream from Pee Wee, our mini indoor ice cream freezer! This option is indoor only. JB's Barnyard will serve your guests single scoops ($4.00 ea) and/or double scoops ($8.00/ea).

Pricing: JB’s Barnyard requires a minimum purchase of $600 to book Pee Wee (this the equivalent of purchasing at least 150 single scoops) (this is also the equivalent to purchasing at least 86 double scoops). During your event, JB’s Barnyard will keep track of the amount of ice cream served to your guests. Single scoops are $4.00 each and double scoops are $7.00 each. If we serve more than $600 worth of ice cream to your guests, you will pay the $600 minimum purchase amount plus any additional cost. Unless specified otherwise, the person/company booking JB's Barnyard for the private event will be the one responsible for paying for everyone's ice cream. 

Serve Time: The $600 minimum purchase amount includes JB’s Barnyard serving ice cream at your event for one hour. If you would like JB's Barnyard to serve ice cream at your event for longer than one hour, we will add $50 to your minimum purchase amount per additional half hour requested. JB's Barnyard will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the serve time you select for set up. 

Travel Radius: At this time, JB's Barnyard will travel about an hour radius from Evansville, IN for private events. If your event location is further than an hour drive from Evansville, IN, please email us at JBsBarnyard@gmail.com prior to booking your event. In many cases, we will tack on a travel fee, depending on our drive time and the size of the event. 

Deposit/Payment: At the time of booking, you will be required to place a $50 deposit to hold your event date and time. We will send you an invoice to collect the remaining amount due after your event.
