Prepackaged Scoops Private Event

Description: JB’s Barnyard will prepackage individual single scoops for you! JB's Barnyard will prepackage a wonderful variety of flavors. We normally pick around 5 or 6 of our best selling flavors to prepackage. We always make sure there is a flavor for every type of taste bud: something chocolaty, something plain, something fruity, and something fun! If you have any particular flavor request or dietary restrictions, please list them on the "special request" section during the booking process. 

Details: Your guests can pick up their own scoop at their leisure during your event. Each scoop will be in a cup with a lid on it. JB's Barnyard will provide spoons. JB’s Barnyard will deliver the prepackaged scoops to your location.  The ice cream must be placed in a freezer if not consumed immediately after delivery. If you do not have your own freezer to use, JB’s Barnyard has a freezer available to rent for $50.00. JB’s Barnyard will deliver and pick up the rental freezer, if you choose to rent the freezer.  Your rental fee includes the use of the rental freezer for 24 - 48 hours. Close to your event date, JB's Barnyard staff will coordinate delivery and pick up times of the rental freezer for your event. The rental freezer dimensions are: 34"L x 22"W x 40"H

Pricing: Each single scoop of ice cream is $4.00 (tax included). JB’s Barnyard requires a minimum purchase of $200.00 to book our prepackage scoop private event (this is the equivalent to purchasing at least 50 single scoops). Unless specified otherwise, the person/company booking JB's Barnyard for the private event will be the one responsible for paying for everyone's ice cream. 

Booking Timing: Please reserve what date and time you would like the prepackaged scoops to be delivered to your event. JB's Barnyard may contact you via email to coordinate delivery details. At the time of delivery, JB's Barnyard will coordinate what time works best for everyone to pick up the empty rental freezer (if applicable). 

Travel Radius: At this time, JB's Barnyard will travel one hour from our location. If your event location is further than one hour away from JB's Barnyard, please email us at icecream@JBsBarnyard.com prior to booking your event. In many cases, we will tack on a travel fee. The travel fee price will be evaluated depending on our drive time and the size of the event. 

Deposit/Payment: At the time of booking, you will be required to place a $50 deposit to hold your event date and time. We will send you an invoice to collect the remaining amount due either before or after your event.
