Description: JB’s Barnyard staff will serve your guests ice cream from one of our ice cream trucks! This option is outdoor only. You will be able to select if we serve your guests single scoops ($5.00 ea), double scoops ($7.00 ea), and/or milkshakes ($8.00 ea).
Pricing:JB’s Barnyard requires a minimum purchase of $500 to book our ice cream truck for 1 hour. A $500 purchase is equivalent to 100 single scoops. This is also equivalent to purchasing at least 63 milkshakes. You are welcome to do a combination of single scoops, double scoops, and/or milkshakes to meet your minimum purchase.
During your event, JB’s Barnyard will keep track of the amount of single scoops, double scoops, and/or milkshakes served to your guests. If we serve more than $500 worth of ice cream to your guests, you will pay the $500 minimum purchase amount plus any additional costs.
Serve Time: The $500 minimum purchase amount includes JB’s Barnyard serving ice cream at your event for one hour. If you would like JB's Barnyard to serve ice cream at your event for longer than one hour, we will add $50 to your minimum purchase amount per additional half hour requested. JB's Barnyard will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the serve time you select for set up.
Select Your Date and Time: During the booking process, you will be asked to select a date and time. Please select the date and time you would like for JB's Barnyard to start serving ice cream. The time you book JB's Barnyard for will be the time JB's Barnyard staff serves your guests ice cream. JB's Barnyard staff will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the serve time you select for set up.
Travel Radius: At this time, JB's Barnyard will travel one hour from our location. If your event location is further than one hour away from JB's Barnyard, please email us at icecream@JBsBarnyard.com prior to booking your event. In many cases, we will tack on a travel fee. The travel fee price will be evaluated depending on our drive time and the size of the event.
Deposit/Payment: At the time of booking, you will be required to place a $50 deposit to hold your event date and time. We will send you an invoice to collect the remaining amount due after your event.
